- Do you have a form of evaluation for customers to comment on?
- What is your approach to aid a customer unhappy with your service or product?
- Can you give an example of such an incident?
- Do you use the complaint to better understand customer needs and possible weakness in a product or service?
- What makes your complaint and error handling ability better than your competitors?
